Matters needing attention

1. Please Do not use solvent-based cleaners such as WD-40. Such cleaners have a destructive effect on rubber and can cause damage to the QR-E rubber sealing layer, causing the motor to fail to work and the motor to produce abnormal noise.

2. The battery has a built-in BMS protection board. If the battery is not used for more than 1 week, please adjust the battery power to 60%-80%, and check the battery level about every 3 months.

3. The motor does not need special cleaning, just dry the motor with a towel.

We recommend that you send us a photo of the side view after installation. We will confirm whether the current installation angle is perfect and provide suggestions.
In most cases, slipping caused by insufficient friction is caused by the installation angle. Each bicycle is different and may require fine-tuning. So please send us a photo and we will help you adjust it to the most ideal state.
